Today I want to be deeper in my writings, I am not going to write about a social issue as I used to, I will rather write about something happens inside our commercial, governmental and every place that has a manager, which no place is free from. As an Arab society, there is a complex exists inside everybody of us, I won't exclude myself from it, because I can not guarantee that I won't be just like them. As any person is a small employee or an ordinary worker who works for any company, establishment or any place, this person feels oppressed and that he is mistreated and there is no one appreciates whatever he does. It is a common sense and something happens as we dream to achieve better objectives that we set for ourselves and trying hard to achieve and reach. Our managers are people from another planet, they never praise our doings neither excuse us if we have any reason for being late or absence, it is a say that every one of us everyday says. It is the case that all managers have the superiority complex and see all people under them are less than they are, and regardless any achievement they do, they are still unable to equalize them. This comes from the managers' side. On the other hand, what employees think of is completely the opposite, the think that there is no need to tire themselves doing work that they won't get any benefit of it. They kill the creativity spirit inside them and prefer to stay where they are and only perform the tasks that they are responsible for in the place they work in. This law creativity spirit disables them from doing any innovation or new thing that they dreamt of after graduation or even during their puberty. Inversely, they are sure that even if they try to, no one is going to appreciate their initiative, or that they will be blamed instead. No one can change these different views that came from both sides unless we work on our selves and the inner side of each of us. We have to start changing ourselves from deep inside and awaken the sleeping spirit and feel that we r trying to do what we dreamt of and feel proud of ourselves, that even if we lose at least we have tried……….
