what does it mean whem it rains ?it means that we are in grace and that Allah has mercy on us and sends us the rain from heavens. But when that rain comes to a country like Yemen, i mean in which streets are semi-baved, full of hall and pitfalls.These things affet the transportation movement in the regular time. and double the problem when it rains..No one can imagine what does it mean when it rains in Yemen unless experience it in the reality..everything is beyond any description..
